Green Tea Cake
Friday, January 11th, 20081 2/3 Cup Boiling Water
6 Green Tea Bags
1 Package White Cake Mix
3 Egg Whites
1/3 Cub Vegetable Oil
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare cake pans with oil and flour.
Combine hot water and tea begs; let steep 5 minutes. Remove bags; cool to room temperature. In large bowl, combine cake mix, brewed tea, egg whites and oil; beat with electric mixer 2 minutes.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
