Crusting Buttercream

1 1/2 Cups Crisco
1/2 Cup Cake Flour
2 Lbs Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup - 1/3 Cup Water
2 tsp Clear Vanilla

Cream shortening and flour. Add flavoring of your choice. Add sugar and water. Mix on low. Add additional water till smooth.
