Duff Goldman Is My Hero!!

I have to admit, Thursday night is my favorite night. Ace of Cakes hits the airwaves, and although I will NEVER be able to duplicate 1% of what they do, it’s amazing to watch! The other favorite on the Food Network are the Challenges involving cake or sugar. If I could start my life over, I would learn how to work with sugar–it’s just incredible to watch, although with my very wimpy hands I can pretty much guarantee after the first few major burns I would probably have to quit!
If you haven’t had the opportunity to come to know Duff, head on over to the Food Network–and LOVE him!!

That is a great show, I always look forward to seeing Duff try to stuff fireworks into the cakes!
