April Birthdays!!

This next week is a crazy one!  My mom’s birthday is on the 7th, mother in law’s birthday is on the 8th and then my dad’s birthday is on the 11!  Since my parents live so far away, they won’t be getting a cake from me (bummer), but we will be taking one over to my mother in law.

It’s called a Pina Colada cake, and honestly, I’ve never heard of it before.  Never tasted it either…so in my brain…it is a creation by me.  Now, if you’ve all ever had one then of course it isn’t—but hey, it’s good stuff!  One of these days, I’ll get the recipe up here!
